On the Vietnamese side, Le Hai Bin said at this first event that the country’s representative city of Hanoi is trying to introduce international friends of Vietnamese culture. The selected content is the souls of the people and the capital. Binh emphasizes the importance of this foreign cultural event and hopes to turn it into a brand of Vietnamese culture in Hanoi’s capital.
The Deputy Minister of Culture, Sports and Tourism hopes the festival will be a convergence of world culture and become a center of global connections.
