30 delicious home meals all month without the same dishes

Ms. Pham Thi Thu Ha (Hanoi) is a university lecturer and mother of two sons. Ms. Ha confided that before, she didn’t really like being in the kitchen, but since becoming a mother, she wanted to prepare delicious, nutritious meals, so she learned how to cook. Thanks to that, from a picky eater, her son as well as the whole family loves the food his mother cooks.

She shared that the whole family is very busy with workwork and study, so dinner is always the most valuable time for members to gather, talk and share with each other. So, even though sometimes the husband is busy and comes home late from work, the family still tries to wait to have dinner together.

Ms. Ha usually plans the menu about 3 days in advance, or if she’s busy, she prepares it for the whole week. This helps balance nutrition, saves time and limits wastage of ingredients. After that, she will prepare the ingredients and divide them into meals and then store them in the freezer.

When cooking, Ms. Ha often combines reasonable steps to save time and uses supporting equipment such as an oil-free fryer, stew pot, high-frequency cooker, and blender. Thanks to those secrets, it usually only takes her about 45 minutes to 1 hour to complete meals that “thousands of people love”.
