Without going to Da Lat, tourists can still freely check-in to the beautiful ripe rose garden more than 100km from Hanoi

In the late autumn and early winter days, the East – Northwest region attracts a large number of tourists from all over because of the poetic scenery of ripe rose gardens, as beautiful as the golden rice season in the highlands.

Coming to the East – Northwest, tourists can visit some beautiful and well-known rose gardens in Huu Lung (Lang Son) or Moc Chau (Son La),… The ripening season here usually lasts from September to December every year, depending on weather conditions.

However, experienced travelers say that the most ideal time to go to these rose gardens and “hunt” for a series of picturesque moments is in mid-October and November, when the weather is cold.

At this time, the persimmon trees have dropped their leaves, revealing ripe, fragrant persimmons on dry branches, looking like tiny lanterns.

The rose garden located at 338 Ban Ang, Dong Sang commune is one of the most popular tourist destinations in late autumn and early winter in Moc Chau district.

Ms. Pham Dieu Linh (28 years old), tourist Coming from Hanoi, the path to the rose garden is quite easy to find. A previous dirt road section was also overcome by the garden owner and treated by adding gravel to make it easier to walk.

According to Ms. Linh, the best time to take photos of the rose garden is on sunny days or in the morning or early afternoon so that the photos are bright enough, creating a sparkling colorful scene. Tourists should check the weather forecast before coming here to avoid cloudy, rainy days.

It is known that this garden mainly grows the Japanese Fuyu persimmon variety. It has been growing for more than 10 years now, so the tree is large and bears fruit thanks to careful care.

“The persimmons are all carefully wrapped, but the garden owner sets aside two rows of persimmon trees for tourists to visit and take pictures. The ticket price to enter the garden is 30,000 VND/person,” Ms. Linh said.

Going to the rose garden, in addition to visiting and taking photos, visitors can harvest persimmons themselves or tell the gardeners so they can choose the most beautiful and delicious fruits. In the garden area for photography purposes, visitors are not allowed to pick fruit from the trees.

Huu Lung Rose Garden (Lang Son)

This rose garden has a quite spacious area, comfortable for tourists to visit and take photos. More specifically, there are 7 lovely white horses here, waiting for customers to experience picking persimmons and feeding them juicy red persimmons.
